Fundraising for Zambia
The 1100th Anniversary celebrates our past but it also celebrates who and what we are now as the body of the Church. It's about expressing God's love in actions as well as words and making a real difference in the real world.
With the help of the children and young people in the Diocese, we are aiming to raise enough money to change the lives of some of the children and young people in our partner dioceses in Zambia.

Berkley C of E First School for raising £73.77 from their Harvest colllection and sale.
The Sunday-Monday School Winsford for raising £37.00 from a Smartie Event, where they ate the Smarties and refilled the tubes with small coins.
1st Blagdon Scouts for raising £70 from a cake sale and from doing odd jobs.
Thurlebear Primary School for raising £128.55 from their mufti day and £79.62 from their coffee morning.
The Education Department for donating £125 from their Christmas card budget and £10 from their Christmas lunch collection.

CYFA Group at St Mary's Saltford for raising £510.35 from a sponsored 24hour FAST by 8 teenagers and 2 leaders.
