Anniversary Lecture at Bath Abbey
Wednesday 16th September
The Bath & Wells 1100th Anniversary Lecture, given in association with the University of Bath and Bath & North East Somerset Council was given by The Honourable Mary
Robinson, former President of the Irish Republic and UN Commissioner for Human Rights, in Bath Abbey on Wednesday 16 September. 
Mrs Robinson was awarded the Honorary Degree of Doctor of Laws before giving the lecture, which is entitled Realising Rights: the role of religion on human rights in the future.
